Set up your cozy space. Maybe you have a blanket, pillows, essential oils on your wrists. Design your experience with creativity and pleasure.
You can be seated or lying down. Ensure you care for your body’s needs as you arrive in this moment.
Let this be a space for you. Set as your phone, email, and other external noise as best you can to return to later.
Allow yourself to be fully present here.

REFLECTION
As you transition from your meditation into reflection, also remember to care for your body. Drink water and invite in some gentle movement as you need.
Feel free to use the music player to the right to accompany you, put on music of your choosing, or reflect in silence.

Put it in your calendar to honor this commitment.
INTEGRATION
