About: House of Thriving offers consulting that bridges personal and collective healing with professional impact. They blend strategy with healing-centered practices to nurture thought leaders in bringing their visions to life, leading resilient organizations, and create meaningful change.
The founder, Maria Tan, reached out because she was looking for a designer who understood her unique blend of somatic work, education, cultural sensitivity, ancestral knowledge, and strategic design and was relieved to know that I understood all of this, even moreso sharing our Filipinx lineage.
She was ready to refresh House of Thriving’s branding across all platforms and infuse her cultural identity and ancestral reverence in the visuals and essence. The previous branding and website were not representative of where she wanted to evolve the brand.
We started with intuitive branding rituals to get to the core brand essence of how HoT wanted to be expressed. From there, I created a whole new brand identity and provided a new brand style guide so that future assets retain visual cohesion.
Then we applied that refreshed brand identity to social media templates that she can easily plug and play to promote her offerings and consulting firm with ease.
Lastly, we put it all together into her new website that showcases her updated offerings, brand photography, and ethos with an embedded contact form so that she can call in aligned clients who can easily inquire/book services directly from the site. Her website does the heavy lifting of showcasing her experience, past works, and past clients to establish trust in potential clients and to encourage them to work with HoT more confidently and easily.
