Your Guide

MY STORY

Isabel (she/her) has been practicing storytelling medicine her whole life through writing, design, soulful interviews, late night car rides with friends, poetry, experiences, photography, and home cooked meals.

In her 10+ years holding space for women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ creatives and changemakers, Isabel has helped her clients access easeful creative flow and energized motivation to pursue passion projects.

Her love for community work and her experience in the design industry, designing and strategizing for nonprofits, multi-billion corporations, and your favorite celebrities, has culminated together into her role holding spaces for all creatives and changemakers as a Creativity Wellness Guide.

Disconnection from the body and spirit has led to too many visionaries burning out before their gifts have been fully realized. Isabel is here to guide them to discover that a new liberating way of existing and creating is possible.

“Isabel, as always, creates such a calming and warm environment. From my experience, the environment really exudes the care and thoughtfulness of Isabel's work; I felt heard, even when voicing thoughts and emotions that I have never spoken out loud or acknowledged to myself.”
